  1. Mojo - enrollment edge doesn't always help Dems, because Dems don't come out and vote. I don't often root for Republicans, but anyone who would vote for Roscoe Pecora is as stupid as he is (including the committee). It is unfathomable that he's the best they have in that district. It should be a cake-walk for Belfiglio.

  2. Harkevy,Aielo,Belfiglio,Maio,Crockett,Distel, Bartels,Rich Parete, 4-4 in my book.

This is going to be a close legislature with the Republicans having the advantage due to reapportionment and the the rock solid Rep districts they made that were once in play.

  4. what about New Paltz - does Ward stand a chance??

  5. It would be a cake walk for Carl, but Robin Yess convinced Laura Petit to get in the race and attempt to block Carl from getting the Conservative Party line by knowingly and intentionally getting signatures they know are invalid to prevent there being enough for Carl to get on the line.

Robin is vicious, vindictive, and working to help the Democrats while using the banner of "Real Republicans of Ulster County". I never knew "Real Republicans" help Democrats.

  6. Yes Terence Ward DOES have a chance -

He is a refreshing new Republican & has much support in that weird world on Village of NP politics,
The Dems are eating their young due to that hideous bitch Corrinne Nyquist!!!
Vindictive & nasty,, tryin to pay Hector back for endorsing her impotent husband, HAHAHAHA, nasty bidniz - the true shame is that "her" candidate Tom Cotton would have made a great Town Board candidate, so she will lose TWO races due to her nastiness,

    GOOD !

Watch that 20th LD race,, should be a corker,,,

  11. I would be very happy to see Maloney lose. He is the ultimate insider who does not know how to play on a level playing field.
He has been caught submitting fraudulent petitions, something has was suspected of doing for years. ( He withdrew them during court proceedings)
He fallaciously sued to remove a legitimate candidate from the ballot and lost in court on that one too.

And now this bombshell. Mojo, with your assistance let's get this out there, shall we?

Did you know that one of the Democratic appointees on the reapportionment committee (CL) happens to live just a few doors from Maloney?

Ahhhh, it all makes sense now doesn't it? A reapportionment committee member who's property is assessed by a neighbor who happens to be running for office? Is it me or is this unbelievable? Why didn't anyone do anything about this obvious conflict of interest?

Problems with District #4 include: No change from the original plan for Ulster, the cries to change Ulster falling on deaf ears, Ulster not having it's own Legislator with a population of 12,500 +/-, Maloney being the Assessor and Legislator for both towns he represents.

Provenzano was either snookered or was in on this from the begining.

    Don't believe me?

This is how close they live to each other.

  18. word on the street is Mr. Hein and his liberal end of the Democratic Party got a Green Party Member to run against Sue Zimmet for pay back. His name is Former New Paltz School Board member Steven Greenfield. Mr. Hein is such a good man he even goes against people in his own party.

  19. 4:11 - Sue Zimet constantly goes against people in her own party. Payback's a bitch.

  20. Zimet lies, fabricates stories and starts unfounded rumors. She has gotten away with it for years and it is about time it catches up to her.
She has alienated herself from every decent Democrat within 5 counties. Hein is not in that group because he is not a Democrat. Hein hates her anyway.

  21. Mr. Hein now you can save your campaign money so when your party promotes you. When you get promoted to congress you will have more money to spend on your re-election after your promotion. That way you can fabricate more lies to everyone. You will be perfect for Washington or even Albany.
